• Spray booth- collect the fumes by way of suction and such fume laden air is then subjected to pass through a water curtain in which process the pollutants come in contact with the water and dissolve allowing clear air free of any pollutants into the atmosphere.
• Pump (European) Utilizing of such pumps cuts down on time as the same is providing a constant and regular flow of pre-mixed paint to the Spray guns.
• Guns (European) These imported Spray guns do not carry any Paint cans but are fed directly with the help of the pumps, hence consistent quality as also proper and even layers of paint is sprayed, giving off the best quality of finish to the product. Using of this process is also very beneficial by way of absolute elimination of any chances of air bubble formation on sprayed surface, which was a serious hazard when using local guns.

• Drying chamber – The freshly painted items are subjected to aeration in a Dust Free Drying Chamber.
