SOLID WOOD FURNITURE PRODUCTION |
We manufacture Solid Wood FURNITURE and FLOORING using wood qualities like Shesham / Acacia / Mango / Recycled Teak / Saal and Pine wood. Our total production capacity is 25 High Cube Containers per month.
Seasoning & Treatment Unit –
• Anti-Termite:- Penetrates the wood utilizing High pressure spray using water pre-mixed with anti-termite chemicals. This process protects the wood from all kinds of worms and termites.
• Drying: - After Anti-Termite process is completed the wood is loaded into a chamber for drying the same utilizing hot air. This process removes the extra moisture which saves from any further chances of damage to the now seasoned wood.
• The Seasoning Unit has a capacity to treat and dry about 8000 Cubic feet of wood per month.
